I volunteered with the Flying Sams in 2008 but haven't had the chance to go again. I recall that there were many outdated medications being given to the patients in the clinic, and recently my dad cleaned out his clinic and found a ton of medications that are outdated. I was wondering whether we could donate these medications for the clinic...but I'm not sure how old is too old. Please let me know! Thanks! Vinoo Hey Jeanette and Tim,

Just keep an eye out for the post regarding signups, usually a couple weeks before the trip itself. Each trip lasts one entire day from 5am to about 9pm and costs $25 which covers gas and car insurance costs. Anyone can go on a clinic trip as long as they're a member, and priority goes to those who have never been on a trip, translators, and drivers. It has been common in the past for non-UCI students to get on trips during the summer months. Hope this helped! Yes there is a trip every month!
