Hey Flying Samaritans Members,
The 2009-2010 Flying Samaritans Snow Trip details are finalized ready to go! The trip will take place from January 8, 2010 to January 10, 2010 (2 nights). We will be leaving for Big Bear together Friday afternoon, hitting the slopes all day Saturday, and returning to Irvine Sunday morning. An incentive (not having to pay for gas) is provided to encourage volunteers to drive. Our cabin is located just up Summit Road near the lake and within walking distance to Snow Summit.
If you’re interested in participating, fill out the Google Form linked below, which includes a liability waiver and registration, and submit a payment via PayPal, cash, or check made payable to Stephen Yu. Your spot will not be reserved until payment is received. More detailed information about the trip can be found on the Google Document also linked below. The individual costs for this trip ranges from $117.00 to $137.00, depending on equipment rentals. Included in this cost are cabin rental ($60), all day lift ticket ($47), [equipment rental] ($20), and transportation ($10). Minute details on the breakdown of this cost should be transparent and are also located in the Google Document. Registration will be open until Sunday, January 3, 2010.
