When/where are the general meetings?
Meeting time and place changes each quarter. For Spring 2010, we meet on Wednesdays of even weeks at 5pm in BS3 1200. See you there!
How much is membership?
Membership is free, but $35 must be paid for eligibility to go on a trip.
How do I join?
Click the box that says “Become a Member-Join Us!” Fees can be paid in person to the Treasurer or online via Paypal. Please make checks out to Flying Samaritans @ UC Irvine.
It’s already mid-quarter. Is it too late to join?
It’s never too late to join. We accept members throughout the year (even during the summer).
I can’t make it to the general meetings, but can I still join?
Yes, you may still join. We understand schedule conflicts can and do happen. Numerous events are scheduled throughout each quarter which you can still be involved in. Remember to watch the Event Page and our e-mails for updates on our activites.
How can I get involved?
We hold StaffPro fundraising events throughout the year, where members attend various concerts to work as ushers. Members often get to watch concerts for free this way. We also have seperate subcommittees, whose purposes vary between raising funds, planning the end-of-the-year banquet, and improving the clinic.

When is the next trip?
Trips are scheduled monthly. Schedule can be found on the Events Calendar.
What should I bring?
(1) $25 Trip Fee
(2) Form of identification including Passport for when we are stopped at the border on the return trip to the United States.
(3) If you want water and snacks, you can buy them at the nearby Ralph’s where we make our first stop for breakfast.
How can I get on a trip?
When the time comes, a link will be provided on the Home Page. Because of the limited number of members we can bring, only those who show active participation and interest in the club are selected to go on trips. It is imperative for all members to become as involved as possible. This includes, but is not limited to, attending the general meetings and fundraising events.
